Rinse the quinoa under cold water.

In a saucepan, combine the quinoa, rice milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the quinoa is cooked and the porridge has thickened.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
