Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the okara, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

Roll each portion into a long stick shape.

Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle coarse salt on top of the sticks.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
