In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, dry yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients.

Mix well until a sticky dough forms.

Transfer the dough into a bread machine.

Select the gluten-free setting and start the bread machine.

Allow the bread machine to knead and rise the dough.

Once the bread machine completes the cycle, remove the bread and let it rest for 30 minutes.
