  2. Cut the acorn squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Place the squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and maple syrup over each squash half.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon and salt evenly over the squash halves.
  6. Place a pat of butter on top of each squash half.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
