Pakoras are a popular street food in India and are often enjoyed during monsoon season.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, water, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to make a smooth batter.
  2. Add chopped onion, grated ginger, chopped green chili, chopped cilantro, and mix well.
  3. Add chopped potato, spinach, and cauliflower florets to the batter. Mix until all the vegetables are coated.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the vegetable batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
