Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add diced potato and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until the potato is tender.

Add turnip greens, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 10 minutes until the greens are wilted.

Stir in lemon juice and let the soup rest for 5 minutes before serving.
