  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.
  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Add Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add chili bean sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture (made by dissolving cornstarch in water). Stir well.
  5. Add tofu cubes and gently stir to coat with the sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with salt. Stir well.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
