Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.

Add Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add chili bean sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture (made by dissolving cornstarch in water). Stir well.

Add tofu cubes and gently stir to coat with the sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.

Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with salt. Stir well.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
