  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes. Cut them into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  4. Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  5. Let the sweet potatoes marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Grease a baking tray with oil and place the marinated sweet potato wedges on it.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are cooked and slightly charred.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
