Cook the multi-grain pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add cabbage and haricots verts to the pan and sauté until tender.

In a food processor, combine parsley, basil, mint, capers, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined.

In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the salsa verde sauce.
