  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix together tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
