Cut the potatoes into fries shape.

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, BBQ sauce, honey, hot sauce, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

Add the potato fries to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
