Cut the atsuage tofu into small cubes.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently mix to coat them with the sauce.

Let the tofu marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, thinly slice the green onions and seaweed.

After the tofu has marinated, remove it from the refrigerator and add the green onions, seaweed, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, pineapple chunks, and cucumber.

Gently mix everything together.
