Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

Add coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

Stir in chia seeds and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until well combined.

Gently fold in the strawberries and shredded coconut.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
