Place the hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly toasted.

Allow the nuts and seeds to cool slightly, then transfer them to a food processor.

Add the salt and pepper to the food processor and pulse until the mixture is coarsely ground.
