Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until onion is translucent.

Add red bell pepper, zucchini, corn kernels, black beans, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

Stir in lime juice and fresh cilantro.

Serve the soup hot, topped with sliced avocado and crushed tortilla chips.
