Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.

In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Brush the mixture onto the puff pastry squares.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
