Boil the new potatoes until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red chili flakes, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cooked new potatoes to the pan and stir to coat them with the garlic and chili mixture.

Pour the arrabbiata sauce over the potatoes and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the sauce is heated through.

Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.

Remove from heat and let the potatoes rest for 5 minutes.
