In a large bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey, ground flaxseed, raisins, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
