Boil the edamame pods in salted water for 5 minutes.

Drain and rinse the edamame under cold water.

Remove the edamame beans from the pods.

In a blender or food processor, combine the edamame beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and water.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
