  1. In a large bowl, combine masa harina and vegetable broth until well mixed.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, zucchini, and corn. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add cooked vegetables, black olives, dried oregano, ground cumin, and salt to the masa mixture. Stir well.
  4. Prepare banana leaves by cutting into rectangles and blanching in boiling water for a few seconds.
  5. Place a banana leaf rectangle on a flat surface and spoon a portion of the masa mixture onto the center. Fold the leaf over the filling to form a packet.
  6. Repeat with the remaining masa mixture and banana leaves.
  7. Steam the tamales for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  8. Let the tamales rest for 15 minutes before serving.
