Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.

Add green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, Szechwan sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Drizzle with sesame oil and toss well.
