  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides of the squash and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the squash halves, cut side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Use a fork to scrape the flesh of the squash, creating spaghetti-like strands.
  8. Serve the roasted spaghetti squash with fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
