In a large bowl, combine the blended bananas, oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix well. Fold in the dark chocolate chips. Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners. Pour the batter evenly into the muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the tin. Enjoy!
