Bibimbap is a traditional Korean dish that literally means ‘mixed rice’. It is a popular and nutritious meal that is enjoyed by people of all ages in Korea.

  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut tofu into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and rice vinegar.
  4. Marinate tofu cubes in the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add marinated tofu cubes and cook until crispy.
  7. Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside.
  8. In the same skillet, add zucchini, carrot, and mustard greens. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  10. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  11. Serve the rice mixture in bowls, topped with crispy tofu, sesame seeds, and chopped scallions.
  12. Serve with gochujang sauce on the side.
