In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add carrots, celery, and onions, and sauté until softened.

Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add zucchini, yellow squash, green beans, corn, and tomatoes. Continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.

Stir in fresh basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
