  5. Toss the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Place the coated tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the tofu cubes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
