  3. Slice the avocado and bell pepper into thin strips.
  4. Arrange the avocado slices, bell pepper strips, baby spinach, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese on top of the hummus.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve.
