  2. Cut the zucchini into sticks, about 1/2 inch thick.

  4. In another shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Dip each zucchini stick into the beaten egg, then coat it with the bread crumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated zucchini sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the zucchini sticks.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
