Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin seeds, almonds, dried cranberries, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
