Drain and rinse the white beans.

In a food processor, combine the white beans, onion, garlic cloves, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small patties.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the croquettes until golden brown on both sides.
