Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the gluten-free puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Spread Nutella evenly over the pastry sheet.

Cut the pastry sheet into strips, about 1 inch wide.

Twist each strip and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Dust with icing sugar before serving.
