Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.

Add chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
