  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, and green chili.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, and coriander leaves. Mix everything together.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, carom seeds, and salt. Add water gradually and knead into a smooth dough.
  6. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
  7. Cut each circle in half and form a cone shape by sealing the edges with water.
  8. Fill each cone with the potato mixture and seal the top.
  9. Deep fry the samosas until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
