  3. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add carrot, red bell pepper, snow peas, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the wok and stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
  7. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
