Vegetable Lo Mein
Lo Mein is a popular Chinese dish that originated in the Cantonese region and is now enjoyed worldwide.

Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add carrot, red bell pepper, snow peas, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add cooked noodles to the wok and stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and cilantro.

Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
