In a blender, combine silken tofu, maple syrup, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and coconut cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.

In a small saucepan, dissolve agar agar powder in 1/4 cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the agar agar mixture to the blender and blend again until well combined.

Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
