Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, crumble tofu and add spinach, tomato sauce, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Lay out a lasagna noodle and spread a thin layer of the tofu mixture on top. Roll up the noodle and place it in a baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.

Drizzle olive oil over the lasagna rolls and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
