  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped almonds and dried cranberries.
  5. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log about 10 inches long and 1 inch wide.
  6. Place the logs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them slightly.
