Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become tender. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

In a blender, combine tofu, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top. Spread half of the tofu mixture over the noodles. Add half of the mushroom and spinach mixture. Repeat the layers.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the lasagna is hot and bubbly.
