Tofu Masala

Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.

In the same pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger, garlic, and green chili and cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add fried tofu and mix gently.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice or roti.
