Add carrot, celery, potato, zucchini, canned tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.

Add kidney beans, green beans, cabbage, pasta, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Stir in basil and parsley leaves.
