  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Marinate tofu slices in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry tofu slices until golden brown on both sides.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise with soy sauce.
  5. Slice the baguettes lengthwise and spread the mayo mixture on both sides.
  6. Layer the baguettes with tofu slices, carrots, cucumber, radishes, cilantro, and jalapeno.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
