  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced vegetables, corn kernels, black beans, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
  5. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until well coated.
  6. Spread the vegetable mixture onto a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
