Soak the dried soybeans in water overnight.

Drain the soybeans and blend them with 2 cups of water until smooth.

In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.

Add the blended soybean mixture to the pot and stir.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season with salt and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in a small pan and sauté the scallions until fragrant.

Serve the soy milk soup hot, garnished with sautéed scallions and accompanied by fried dough sticks.
