Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips.

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well coated.

Arrange the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
