  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
