Sweet and Sour Baked Beans

In a large baking dish, combine the canned baked beans, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and pineapple chunks.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water until well combined.

Pour the sauce over the beans and stir to coat evenly.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened and bubbly.
