Superseed Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut butter cups were invented in the 1920s by H.B. Reese, a former dairy farmer and shipping foreman for Milton S. Hershey. They have since become a popular treat around the world.
This is vegan, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 80 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 7.

In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and hemp seeds.

Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.

Spoon a layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of silicone cupcake molds.

Place the molds in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.

Remove the molds from the freezer and spoon a layer of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.

Pour another layer of melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter mixture.

Place the molds back in the freezer for 1 hour to set.

Once set, remove the peanut butter cups from the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
