Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Once the mixture is firm, shape it into small balls using your hands.

Place the peanut butter balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
