Start by peeling the peaches and removing the pits.

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Gradually add the vegetable oil and water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

Take each portion of dough and flatten it into a circle.

Place a peach in the center of each dough circle and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Fold the edges of the dough over the peach, sealing it completely.

Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through.

Remove the dumplings from the steamer and let them rest for 10 minutes.
