  1. Start by peeling the peaches and removing the pits.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Gradually add the vegetable oil and water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  5. Take each portion of dough and flatten it into a circle.
  6. Place a peach in the center of each dough circle and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Fold the edges of the dough over the peach, sealing it completely.
  8. Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through.
  9. Remove the dumplings from the steamer and let them rest for 10 minutes.
