Stewed Corn and Tomatoes with Okra

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.

Add the corn, tomatoes, okra, vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
