Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the sesame seeds and anise seeds.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and the sesame-anise seed mixture.

Add the vegetable oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each ball with the back of a fork.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
